<p><strong>Ingredients for fries:</strong><br />
2 cups bread crumbs<br />
1 tap crushed red pepper flakes<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
1/2 lb green beans<br />
1/2 cup flour<br />
2 eggs, beaten</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients for Aioli:</strong><br />
1 meyer lemon, juiced and zested<br />
1/2 shallot, minced<br />
1  egg yolk<br />
1/4 tsp salt<br />
1/2 cup oil</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 375F.</li>
<li>Combine bread crumbs, red pepper flakes, and salt.</li>
<li>Dip green beans in flour and egg.</li>
<li>Coat green beans evenly with bread crumb mixture.</li>
<li>Place green beans on a baking sheet.</li>
<li>Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.</li>
<li>Using a blender, mix the meyer lemon juice and zest, shallot, egg yolk and salt.</li>
<li>Slowly add oil while mixture is blending.</li>
<li>Salt to taste.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 16 jalapeño peppers</li>
<li>3 cups oil</li>
<li>6 ounces cream cheese</li>
<li>1 ¾ cup finely shredded Montery Jack cheese</li>
<li>½ cup flour</li>
<li>3 eggs</li>
<li>2 cups bread crumbs</li>
<li>¼ tsp cumin</li>
<li>pinch of salt</li>
<li>pinch of pepper</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Line a baking sheet with paper towels.</li>
<li>Slice off the tip and make a slit down the middle of each jalapeño pepper (not too far that the sides will come apart)</li>
<li>Scoop out the seeds.</li>
<li>Combine the cream cheese, Montery Jack, cumin, salt, and pepper.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a skillet at 350F.</li>
<li>Put a spoonful of the cheese mixture in each jalapeño.</li>
<li>Cover each jalapeño in flour. Then dip it twice in the egg and bread crumbs.</li>
<li>Place them in the heated oil and fry until golden brown (approximately 2-3 minutes per side).</li>
<li>Let them drain on the paper towels.</li>
</ol>

<li>2 shots rum</li>
<li>ice</li>
<li>sparkling water</li>
<li>martini shaker</li>
</ul>

<li> Mix together 4 grapefruit segments, mint, agave nectar and lime juice in the bottom of a martini shaker the end of a wooden spoon.</li>

<li>Shake until very cold.</li>
<li>Pour half of the mixture into two glasses filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with remaining grapefruit.</li>

<li>2 tsp. vegetable or canola oil</li>
<li>Chocolate Sprinkles</li>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Microwave the chopped white chocolate in 20 second intervals until melted.</li>
<li>Sir in the oil well.</li>
<li>Drop the marshmallows, one at a time, into the melted chocolate and use a fork or spoon to completely cover all sides.</li>
<li>Use a fork to place the chocolate covered marshmallows on parchment paper. 5. Sprinkle the marshmallows with chocolate sprinkles while chocolate is still soft.</li>
<li>Let the chocolate harden for at least 2-3 hours. To speed up process, place them in the fridge.</li>

<li>1/2 cup granulated sugar</li>
<li>1/2 cup water</li>
<li>3 large strawberries</li>

<li>Mix together sugar, water, and strawberries into a small saucepan over high heat.</li>
<li> When your mixture starts to boil, crush the strawberries.</li>
<li> Let it boil for 30 seconds, then turn off the flame and let the syrup cool.</li>
<li>Process the syrup in a blender until smooth.</li>
<li> If you want to remove the strawberry seeds, you can then strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve. Chill in the fridge.</li>
